Completed between 2024 and 2025, 1025 Metro is a 90,000 sq ft condominium development designed to redefine modern urban living. With 151 thoughtfully planned units, the project strikes a balance between high-density residential construction and refined comfort maximizing space without sacrificing privacy or design integrity.
As the drywall contractor, our team was responsible for executing all interior wall and ceiling systems throughout the building. From efficient unit layouts to shared corridors and amenity areas, we delivered framing and finishing solutions that supported the project's high standards for quality, acoustics, and long-term durability.
Our work included full metal stud framing, fire-rated assemblies, and smooth finish drywall across all residential units and common areas. Special attention was given to soundproofing between units and integrating seamlessly with mechanical and electrical systems ensuring tenant comfort and long-term performance.
